Okay, I was talking about making pad thai yesterday. :) I'm still very determined to make it for tomorrow, even if I don't have all of the ingredients (tamarind). I'm a bit disappointed that I will have to switch out tamarind for white vinegar --- I think that it will take away some of the texture from the noodles. If tomorrow's lunch turns out well, then I think I shall persuade my mom to buy a jar of tamarind paste so that I can make some authentic pad thai for myself over the summer.
About to whip up some of the sauce right now to use tomorrow morning when I wake up. Going to do it right now so I can just start up the wok and soak my noodles right when I get up tomorrow morning. I had wanted to make some tonight, but I wasn't sure if it would refrigerate/reheat well.
Awesome. I'm just a bit sad that I won't have any snacks tomorrow if it fills up my entire bento box --- Carissa still has my snack bento as well as my tupperware-ish bento.
